Tree Sparrow Nest Recording
The BTO have a Nest Recording project (NRS) see https://www.bto.org/our-science/projects/nrs where nest recorders can record their findings for all species - not just Tree Sparrows. The BTO offer lots of advice on how to safely search for nests and how to go about recording what you find. If you are a registered Ringer with appropriate endorsements then you can also ring any chicks you come across.

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for the info.
I've taken part in the BTO Nesting Neighbours scheme this year.
However, I'm not in favour of nest hunting &/or disturbing nesting birds, so I simply record nesting activity in my garden, from a distance, without specific details of egg or chick numbers.
